"Hi Peter, This is just to let you know how much I appreciated your help when I called Quay Corp on Monday about a problem regarding access to the 'MYOB' application on my desktop.
Some urgent financial details were required for a meeting being held in Auckland the next day, and our accountant had just arrived in my office to compile the figures. We had left it a little late due to other pressures.
I clicked on the application as I had done a hundred times before, but this time it failed to open.
Time was running out, stress levels were high and our accountant had squeezed us into his busy schedule, so you can imagine the pressure to get this accounting task sorted as quickly as possible.
Without access to MYOB, we were literally at a standstill. By the time I called Quay Corp, we were ready for some industrial strength sedatives!
